Occupational Safety Card

The employer may issue a Group 3 safety card to a trained employee after verifying requirements are met and a labor contract is in place between the parties.

• The training record book template for Groups 1, 2, 5, and 6 is described in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
