The formation of Yen Lu Industrial Park is not just a planning initiative but a long and meticulous process. In Official Letter No. 216/TTg-CN dated 23/02/2021, the Prime Minister approved the inclusion of Yen Lu Industrial Park into the development planning of industrial parks in Bac Giang Province. With a planned area of 377 ha, Yen Lu Industrial Park encompasses the communes of Yen Lu and Nham Son, Yen Dung District, Bac Giang Province.

Subsequently, on 16/07/2021, Yen Lu Industrial Park was officially approved for detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/2000 under Decision No. 706/QD-UBND of Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee. This marked a turning point, transitioning from concept to reality, affirming the determination and unity of local authorities in building a modern industrial park that meets international standards.

The next milestone came on 31/12/2021, when the Prime Minister approved the investment policy for Capella Real Estate Joint Stock Company as the investor of Yen Lu Industrial Park, with an investment capital of over 2,691 billion VND. This project has a long-term operation period of 50 years, aiming to create a friendly, multi-industry production environment, mainly focusing on processing and high-tech manufacturing.

Furthermore, Yen Lu Industrial Park has demonstrated flexibility and readiness to adapt to practical requirements. Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee approved a local adjustment to the construction subdivision planning under Decision No. 791/QD-UBND dated 04/08/2022. According to the approved content, Yen Lu Industrial Park has a total leasable industrial land area of 224.01 ha, accounting for 59.42% of the original planned area. This notably shows attention to residential needs and adjustment of road routes to ensure efficiency and convenience within the Industrial Park.

The power supply system comes from multiple sources, with Yen Lu 110/22kV substation and Yen Dung 220/110kV substation as the main sources, ensuring a stable power supply for the Industrial Park with a total capacity of up to 86.6 MVA. Simultaneously, the water supply and wastewater treatment systems are built comprehensively, ensuring environmental safety and production standards.

The internal road network within the Industrial Park is also constructed according to standards, ensuring smooth and safe transportation for vehicles and goods. Moreover, supporting amenities such as conference centers, canteens, kindergartens, entertainment areas, and other services are fully considered to facilitate both residents and businesses.

• Group 1: 16 hours

Occupational Safety Card

• The card form is described in detail in Template 06, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Group 3 employees are issued an Occupational Safety Card (commonly called Occupational Safety Certificate Group 3).
• The card measures 60 mm x 90 mm, with front and back content displayed as shown below.

The employer can issue a Group 3 Occupational Safety Card to the trained employee after passing the assessment and having a labor contract between both parties.

• The record book for Groups 1,2,5,6 is described in detail in Template 09, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The record book for Group 3 is described in Template 10, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
