Employers may issue Group 3 safety cards to trained employees after verifying competency and establishing an employment contract between both parties.

• Tracking books for Groups 1, 2, 5, 6 are detailed in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 3 tracking books are detailed in Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
