c. Training content

Occupational safety training content includes knowledge and skills necessary to minimize occupational accident risks, ensure safety for workers and company assets. Specifically, the training may include:

1. Knowledge of occupational safety laws and state and enterprise regulations on safety.
2. Knowledge of risks and types of workplace accidents.
3. Skills and methods of using personal and collective protective equipment.

d. Occupational safety training certificate

Occupational safety training certificate

• The training certificate form is specified in Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued to groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
• The certificate has a size of 13 cm x 19 cm, its outer side is sky blue.

Occupational safety card

• The occupational safety card form is specified in detail in Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Workers in group 3 will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly referred to as occupational safety certificate for group 3).
• The card has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, with front and back content shown as below.

The employer may issue a group 3 safety card to trained workers after passing the required test and having a labor contract between the two parties.

Training monitoring book

• The monitoring book for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is specified in detail in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The monitoring book for group 3 is specified in detail in Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The monitoring book for group 4 is specified in detail in Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Specifically, group 4 is only issued a monitoring book without a group 4 safety certificate.
