Building and completing the VinFast Factory Complex required extensive earthwork to ensure structural stability. Meanwhile, the area extended into the sea is protected by a sturdy dike. The VinFast Factory Complex includes areas such as the administration building, electric motorcycle production facility, automobile production facility, supporting industrial zone, training center, and R&D institute. Both the automobile and electric motorcycle factories are designed with an impressive production capacity of 38 vehicles per hour. In phase 1, each factory will produce 250,000 vehicles per year, and 500,000 vehicles per year in phase 2. The electric motorcycle factory alone has a capacity to increase production up to 1 million vehicles per year.

Notably, the complex also has a 50,000 m² engine manufacturing workshop, producing BMW N20 engines for Lux A2.0 and Lux SA2.0 models.

This training is organized by Nam Viet’s occupational safety professional training centers at the VinFast Factory Complex.

• The certificate measures 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue front cover.

Occupational Safety Card

• The card format is detailed in Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.

Employers may issue a Group 3 safety card to a trained employee after verification of competency and having a labor contract between both parties.

Trainee Logbook

• The logbook for Groups 1, 2, 5, and 6 is detailed in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
