• The labor safety training in Ninh Binh course is an intensive training program on labor safety for those working in industries such as construction, manufacturing, and high-risk sectors. This training course is organized by Nam Viet labor safety training centers at Khanh Cu Industrial Park.
• In this course, trainees are provided with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure safety for themselves and colleagues during work. Topics include legal regulations on labor safety, identifying and assessing potential risks, methods of inspecting and maintaining safety equipment, first aid skills, and handling emergency situations.

Labor safety training duration depends on various factors such as job type, industry… However, the exact training duration of each group is regulated in Article 19 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

• Group 1: 16 hours
• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours
• Group 4: 16 hours
• Group 5: 16 hours
• Group 6: 4 hours

d. Labor safety training certificate

• The certificate sample is described in detail in sample 08, appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued to groups 1, 2, 5, and 6.
• The certificate has a size of 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue cover.

Labor safety card

• The labor safety card sample is described in detail in sample 06, appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Employees in group 3 will be issued a labor safety card (commonly called labor safety certificate for group 3).
• The card has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, and the front and back sides are shown as below.

The employer may issue a group 3 safety card to the trained employee after successfully passing the assessment and having a labor contract between both parties.

Training monitoring book

• The training monitoring book for groups 1, 2, 5, and 6 is described in detail in sample 09, appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The monitoring book for group 3 is described in sample 10, appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• The monitoring book for group 4 is described in sample 11, appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Only group 4 is provided with a monitoring book but not a group 4 safety certificate.
