Occupational Safety Card

• Group 3 employees will be issued an Occupational Safety Card (commonly known as Group 3 Safety Certificate).
• The card size is 60 mm x 90 mm, with the front and back content shown as below.

Employers may issue a Group 3 safety card to trained employees after verifying compliance and having a labor contract between both parties.

• The record book format for Groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is detailed in Form 09, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
