Decision No. 230GĐ – UBND of the Provincial People’s Committee approved the detailed construction plan, marking the beginning of a new success story for this region.

With abundant resources, especially minerals and a prime geographical location, Son Duong district quickly became a focal point for investment and production. Son Nam Industrial Park took full advantage of this, attracting major investors. Within a short period, 4 projects were registered, and 3 of them went into operation, creating remarkable progress in the economic development of the Northern region.

Son Nam Industrial Park is located in Binh Man hamlet, Son Nam commune, Son Duong district, Tuyen Quang province. With its favorable location, near the province’s trade gateway and about 30 km from the district center, it has become an ideal destination for trade and goods transportation. • The occupational safety training in Tuyen Quang is an intensive training course on occupational safety for those working in industries, construction, manufacturing, and other high-risk sectors. This course is organized by Nam Viet’s occupational safety training centers at Son Nam Industrial Park.
• In this course, trainees will be provided with essential knowledge and skills to ensure their own safety and that of colleagues during work. Topics include occupational safety regulations, risk identification and assessment, methods for inspecting and maintaining safety equipment, first aid skills, and handling emergencies.

Occupational safety training duration depends on many factors such as job type, industry… However, the exact training duration for each group is regulated in Article 19 of Decree 44/2016/NĐ-CP

• Group 1: 16 hours
• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours
• Group 4: 16 hours
• Group 5: 16 hours
• Group 6: 4 hours

c. Training content

Occupational safety training content includes essential knowledge and skills to minimize workplace accident risks, ensuring the safety of workers and company assets. Specifically, training may include:

1. Knowledge of occupational safety laws, state and enterprise regulations.
2. Knowledge of risks and types of workplace accidents.
3. Skills and methods of using personal protective equipment and collective protective equipment.

d. Occupational safety training certificate

Occupational safety and hygiene training certificate

• The sample certificate is specified in Form 08, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/NĐ-CP and is issued to groups 1, 2, 5, and 6.
• Accordingly, the certificate measures 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue cover.

Occupational safety card

• The occupational safety card sample is detailed in Form 06, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/NĐ-CP
• Group 3 workers will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly referred to as occupational safety certificate for group 3).
• Accordingly, the card measures 60 mm x 90 mm, with details on both sides as shown below.

The employer may issue a Group 3 safety card to a trained worker after the worker passes the required test and has a labor contract with the employer.

Training record book

• The training record book for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is detailed in Form 09, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/NĐ-CP.
• The training record book for group 3 is detailed in Form 10, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/NĐ-CP.
• The training record book for group 4 is detailed in Form 11, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/NĐ-CP.
• Group 4 is only issued a record book and not a group 4 safety certificate.
