Looking back, Tra Da Industrial Park was established as part of the Master Plan for Industrial Parks in Vietnam, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1107/QĐ-TTg dated 21/08/2006. This laid a solid foundation for the development of functional zones in Pleiku city and surrounding areas, while successfully implementing industrialization and modernization programs.
With a total area of up to 213 ha, Tra Da Industrial Park has attracted nearly 50 domestic and foreign investors. Priority investment sectors include wood processing, food and agricultural processing, construction materials, mechanical and electronic manufacturing, and consumer goods production and processing. Other industrial and service sectors are also encouraged by the government if aligned with the development plan.
Approved by the People’s Committee of Gia Lai province in Decision No. 1493/QĐ-CT dated 25/12/2003, Tra Da Industrial Park has undergone adjustments and expansions with many improvements in structure and infrastructure. Transportation networks have been invested in and upgraded, including a 15m-wide main road and 7.5m-wide internal roads, connecting to major highways such as National Highway 19 and National Highway 14. Occupational Safety and Hygiene Training Certificate
- The certificate follows Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued for groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
- The certificate measures 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue cover.

- The content of the front side is as shown above

- The card follows Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
- Group 3 workers are issued an occupational safety card (commonly called group 3 safety certificate).
- The card measures 60 mm x 90 mm, with content on the front and back as shown below.

The employer may issue a group 3 safety card to a trained employee after passing assessment and having a labor contract between the two parties.
- The record book for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 follows Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
- The record book for group 3 follows Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
- The record book for group 4 follows Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
- Group 4 receives only a record book, no group 4 safety certificate.
