Approved by the People’s Committee of Gia Lai province in Decision No. 1493/QĐ-CT dated 25/12/2003, Tra Da Industrial Park has undergone adjustments and expansions with many improvements in structure and infrastructure. Transportation networks have been invested in and upgraded, including a 15m-wide main road and 7.5m-wide internal roads, connecting to major highways such as National Highway 19 and National Highway 14. • The Occupational Safety Training in Gia Lai is an intensive course designed for workers in industry, construction, manufacturing, and high-risk occupations. This training is organized by Nam Viet’s professional occupational safety training centers at Tra Da Industrial Park.
• Participants are provided with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure their own safety and that of colleagues during work. Training topics include legal regulations on occupational safety, hazard identification and risk assessment, inspection and maintenance of safety equipment, first aid, and emergency response.

Occupational Safety Training duration depends on factors such as job type and industry. The exact total training duration for each group is regulated in Article 19 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

• Group 1: 16 hours
• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours
• Group 4: 16 hours
• Group 5: 16 hours
• Group 6: 4 hours

Occupational Safety and Hygiene Training Certificate

• The certificate follows Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued for groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
• The certificate measures 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue cover.

Occupational Safety Card

• The card follows Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Group 3 workers are issued an occupational safety card (commonly called group 3 safety certificate).
• The card measures 60 mm x 90 mm, with content on the front and back as shown below.

The employer may issue a group 3 safety card to a trained employee after passing assessment and having a labor contract between the two parties.

Training Record Book

• The record book for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 follows Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The record book for group 3 follows Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The record book for group 4 follows Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 4 receives only a record book, no group 4 safety certificate.
