Initially, Du Long Industrial Park, with a scale of more than 400 ha, attracted investment from Hoa Thin Long Duc Phong International One-Member LLC and the Consulting – Trading – Service Joint Stock Company, both foreign investors. This idea promised a bright future for the area, bringing economic development opportunities, attracting labor, and improving community living standards.

However, when the project began, circumstances changed, causing Vietnamese investors to withdraw their capital abruptly. This struck the project hard, making it difficult to implement and construct on schedule. The Ninh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee intervened to reclaim and seek new investors to rescue this key project.

Currently, Du Long Industrial Park has a new owner: Hoa Thin Duc Phong International Investment One-Member LLC, later renamed Hoa Sen Du Long Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment One-Member LLC. The industrial park was developed in two phases: phase 1 covering 254.18 ha from 2007 to 2009, and phase 2 covering 153.1 ha from 2009 to 2012.

Occupational Safety Card

• Group 3 employees are issued an Occupational Safety Card (commonly called Group 3 Safety Certificate).

The employer may issue a Group 3 Safety Card to a trained employee after passing the assessment and having a labor contract between the two parties.

Training Record Book

• Group 1,2,5,6 training record books are described in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 3 training record books are described in Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
