• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours

• Group 5: 16 hours

c. Content of the training course

Occupational health and safety training certificate

• The form of the occupational health and safety training certificate is described in detail at form 08 appendix II of decree 44/2016/ND-CP and they are issued to groups 1,2,5,6.
• Accordingly, the certificate has a size of 13 cm x 19 cm, the outside is blue.

Occupational safety card

• The form of the occupational safety card is described in detail at form 06 appendix II of decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 3 employees will be issued an occupational safety card (actually often called a group 3 occupational safety certificate).
• Accordingly, the card has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, the content on the front and back is shown in the image below.

The employer can issue a group 3 safety card to the person who has been trained in occupational safety after passing the test and having a labor contract between the two parties.

Logbook of trained people

• The form of the logbook for trained people in groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is described in detail at form 09 appendix II of decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The form of the logbook for trained people in group 3 is described in detail at form 10 appendix II of decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The form of the logbook for trained people in group 4 is described in detail at form 11 appendix II of decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Especially for group 4, only a logbook is issued, not a group 4 safety certificate.

On January 10, 2023, Xuyen A General Hospital (Tay Ninh) showed its professional emergency capabilities by saving the life of a 30-year-old male worker in critical condition after being impaled by an iron bar on a scaffolding.
• The tragedy occurred while working at the construction site when the male worker (30 years old) suffered a serious injury from an iron bar after falling into a scaffolding. The injury was identified as an iron bar penetrating through the neck and lower jaw with a diameter of about 4 cm and a length of about 30 cm. After first aid at a nearby medical facility, the patient was transferred to Xuyen A General Hospital Tay Ninh and successfully treated.
