- Hoa Dat Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company, headquartered at No.1, Street 59, Dong Thu Thiem Residential Area, Binh Trung Tay Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- The training course was conducted by Nam Viet Safety Training and Environmental Monitoring Co., Ltd.
- The main instructor for the course was Tran Thuc Tai.
- The training content focused on construction site safety for group 3.
