Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) was established in 2001 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The original idea of this project was to build a high-tech zone concentrating information technology and communication (ITC) enterprises in Vietnam, aiming to help these companies develop and enhance their competitiveness in the international market.

The land selected for QTSC was that of the Quang Trung Electronics Technology Research and Development Center, one of Vietnam’s leading electronic technology research institutions. After completing the planning and construction, QTSC officially started operation in November 2003. Initially, this high-tech zone covered only about 11 hectares and hosted a few tenants. Occupational safety and hygiene training certificate

• The certificate template follows Form 08, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued for Groups 1, 2, 5, and 6.
• The certificate measures 13 cm x 19 cm, with the front side in light blue color.

Occupational safety card

• The card template is detailed in Form 06, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Group 3 workers will be issued a occupational safety card (commonly called a Group 3 safety certificate).
• The card measures 60 mm x 90 mm, with front and back content as shown below.

The employer may issue a Group 3 occupational safety card to the trainee after passing the assessment and having a labor contract between the two parties.

Trainee monitoring logbook

• The logbook for trainees in Groups 1, 2, 5, and 6 is described in Form 09, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The logbook for Group 3 trainees is described in Form 10, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The logbook for Group 4 trainees is described in Form 11, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 4 only receives the monitoring logbook and not the Group 4 safety certificate.
