• Group 3 workers will be issued an occupational safety card (also commonly referred to as a group 3 occupational safety certificate ).
• Accordingly, the card template has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, and the content on the front and back sides is shown in the image below.

The employer can issue a group 3 safety card to the occupational safety trainee after they have passed the test and there is a labor contract between the two parties.

• Only group 4 is issued a tracking log and not a group 4 safety certificate.
