• The training record book for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 follows Form 09, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The training record book for group 3 follows Form 10, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The training record book for group 4 follows Form 11, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• For group 4, only a record book is issued, not a Group 4 safety certificate.
