• Group 1: 16 hours
• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours

• Group 5: 16 hours
• Group 6: 4 hours

• Accordingly, the certificate has a size of 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue outer cover.

Occupational Safety Card

• The occupational safety card sample is detailed in Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 3 workers will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly referred to as an occupational safety certificate for Group 3).
• The card has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, with content on both sides as shown below.

Employers can issue Group 3 safety cards to trained employees after passing the assessment and having a valid labor contract between both parties.

Training Monitoring Book

• The monitoring book for Groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is described in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The monitoring book for Group 3 is described in Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The monitoring book for Group 4 is described in Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• For Group 4, only a monitoring book is issued, not a Group 4 safety certificate.
