Occupational safety card

• The card size is 60 mm x 90 mm, and the front and back contents are shown as below.

The employer may issue a group 3 safety card to the trained person after passing the required assessment and having a labor contract between the two parties.

• The training tracking logbook for groups 1, 2, 5, and 6 is described in detail in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
