Through a remarkable journey, Lap Thach 1 and Lap Thach 2 Industrial Parks have gradually become attractive destinations for investors and a source of pride for Vinh Phuc province. The tireless efforts of the local government and the cooperation of stakeholders have created a modern infrastructure, favorable for economic development, and made positive contributions to the industrialization of the region.

With the approval to supplement the planning of industrial parks in Vinh Phuc province, Lap Thach 1 Industrial Park was established under Official Dispatch No. 1581/TTg dated 03/09/2009 of the Prime Minister. With a planned area of about 150 ha, this is the center for multi-sector industrial production, applying modern technology and ensuring no environmental pollution. Through approval stages and detailed planning, Lap Thach 1 Industrial Park has narrowed its initial planning area but still retains diversity and high-quality industrial characteristics.

Similarly, Lap Thach 2 Industrial Park was also added to the planning after Official Dispatch No. 1581/TTg-KTN dated 03/09/2009 of the Prime Minister. With a planned area of 250 ha, Lap Thach 2 aims to develop small and medium-sized industries, supporting industries, and the production of advanced and high-tech products. Especially, the strategic location of Lap Thach 2 near the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway creates favorable conditions for trade and transportation of goods.

However, not stopping at planning and approval, the authorities and local government have shown strong determination in building infrastructure for Lap Thach 1 and Lap Thach 2 Industrial Parks. The power supply system is ensured from the 110/35/22kV Lap Thach transformer station with a capacity of 40 MVA, providing stable electricity for enterprises in the industrial parks. Clean water supply, centralized wastewater treatment, stormwater drainage, internal road systems, green landscape, and modern synchronized lighting systems have also been invested in comprehensively and advancedly.

• The labor safety training in Vinh Phuc course is an intensive training program on occupational safety for those working in industry, construction, manufacturing, and high-risk occupations. This course is organized by Nam Viet occupational safety training centers at Lap Thach Industrial Park.
• In this course, trainees will be provided with knowledge and skills necessary to ensure safety for themselves and their colleagues during work. Topics covered include labor safety regulations, identifying and assessing potential risks, methods for inspecting and maintaining safety equipment, first aid skills, and handling emergencies.

Labor safety training duration depends on various factors such as type of job, industry… However, the exact training duration for each group is specified in Article 19 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

• Group 1: 16 hours
• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours

• Group 5: 16 hours
• Group 6: 4 hours

c. Training content

d. Labor safety training certificate

Occupational safety training certificate

• The occupational safety training certificate sample is described in form 08, appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued for groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
• The certificate has a size of 13 cm x 19 cm, and its cover is sky blue.

Labor safety card

• The labor safety card sample is described in form 06, appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 3 workers will be issued a labor safety card (commonly called labor safety certificate for group 3).
• The card has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, and the content on the front and back is shown as in the image below.

The employer can issue a group 3 safety card to trained employees after passing the assessment and having a labor contract between both parties.

Training logbook

• The logbook for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is described in form 09, appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The logbook for group 3 is described in form 10, appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The logbook for group 4 is described in form 11, appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Specifically, group 4 is only issued a logbook and does not have a group 4 safety certificate.
