This forced the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee to intervene, revoke the policy, and transfer the planning study for the project to Nam Ha Noi Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

The next step, Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee is focusing on completing the documents and procedures for approval of infrastructure investment policy to lay a solid foundation for the development of this IP.

a. What is occupational safety training?

• The occupational safety training in Hai Duong course is an intensive training program on occupational safety for those working in industry, construction, manufacturing, and other high-risk sectors. This training course is organized by Nam Viet occupational safety training centers at Luong Dien Ngoc Lien Industrial Park.
• In this course, trainees will be provided with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure safety for themselves and colleagues during work. Occupational safety training duration depends on many factors such as job type, industry… However, the exact training duration of each group is stipulated in Article 19 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

c. Contents of the training course

d. Occupational safety training certificate

• The sample certificate of occupational safety and hygiene training is described in Form 08 Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued to groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
• Accordingly, the certificate size is 13 cm x 19 cm, and its cover is sky blue.

Occupational safety card

• The occupational safety card template is described in detail in Form 06 Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Employees in group 3 will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly known as group 3 occupational safety certificate ).
• Accordingly, the card size is 60 mm x 90 mm, with front and back contents shown as below.

The employer may issue group 3 occupational safety cards to trained employees after passing the test and having a labor contract between the two parties.

• The monitoring book template for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is described in detail in Form 09 Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The monitoring book template for group 3 is described in detail in Form 10 Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• The monitoring book template for group 4 is described in detail in Form 11 Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• For group 4, only a monitoring book is issued without a group 4 safety certificate.
