By May 11, 2018, Thanh Liem Industrial Park received approval for the detailed 1/2000-scale construction plan from the People’s Committee of Ha Nam province. The plan divided the industrial park into two phases. Phase I, covering 150.86 ha, focused on the area of the former Kien Khe I Industrial Cluster. Phase II, covering 142.13 ha, is located in areas such as Thanh Tuyen ward, Phu Ly city, and the communes of Thanh Thuy, Thanh Phong, Thanh Ha, Kien Khe town, Thanh Liem district.

Capella Real Estate Joint Stock Company was assigned as the investor and responsible for developing both technical infrastructure and social infrastructure within the park. The Phase II project will focus on industries such as food processing, electronics, precision mechanics, and aviation.

The employer may issue a Group 3 safety card to a trained worker after successful evaluation and signing a labor contract.
