VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park, also known as Cam Dien – Luong Dien Industrial Park, was approved for detailed planning at a 1/2000 scale by the People’s Committee of Hai Duong Province in November 2007. With a planned area of 205.28 ha, of which 183.96 ha is leased industrial land, this industrial park laid the foundation for strong and diverse industrial development.

On June 9, 2008, Cam Dien – Luong Dien Industrial Park was officially established under Decision No. 1957/QD-UBND of the People’s Committee of Hai Duong Province. With a 50-year operating period, the industrial park has set long-term goals and committed to providing a favorable environment for economic development and investment.

However, the development journey of VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park faced challenges and difficulties. During implementation, compensation and site clearance faced many obstacles, slowing progress. By 2014, Phuc Hung Company – the initial investor – decided to transfer the project to VSIP Hai Duong Co., Ltd. On April 20, 2015, after a successful transfer, VSIP Hai Duong officially received the investment certificate and began building infrastructure for the industrial park.

• The occupational safety training course in Hai Duong is an intensive training program for workers in industrial, construction, manufacturing, and high-risk sectors. This training is organized by Nam Viet occupational safety training centers at VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park.

Occupational safety training duration depends on many factors such as job type, industry, etc. However, the exact total duration for each group is defined in Article 19 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

• Group 1: 16 hours

d. Occupational safety training certificate

Occupational safety and hygiene training certificate

• The certificate template is described in Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued for groups 1,2,5,6.
• The certificate size is 13 cm x 19 cm, with a light blue front.

Occupational safety card

• The card template is detailed in Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Workers in Group 3 will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly called Group 3 occupational safety certificate).
• The card size is 60 mm x 90 mm, front and back content is shown below.

The employer can issue a Group 3 occupational safety card to a trained worker after successful assessment and with a labor contract between the two parties.

Training tracking logbook

• Group 1,2,5,6 logbooks are described in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 3 logbooks are described in Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Group 4 logbooks are described in Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Group 4 only receives the logbook, not a Group 4 safety certificate.
