- Bac Nam E&C Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, located at Lot F10, Street 6, Hoa Binh Industrial Zone, Nhi Thanh Commune, Thu Thua District, Long An Province.
- The organization responsible for conducting the training was Nam Viet Occupational Safety Training and Environmental Monitoring Co., Ltd.
- The main instructor for the course was Mr. Tran Thuc Tai.
- The training content covered construction site safety for Group 3.
