- CBC Construction Joint Stock Company, located at 176A Tran Ke Xuong Street, Ward 7, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City.
- The unit responsible for conducting the training was Nam Viet Safety Training and Environmental Monitoring Co., Ltd.
- The main instructor for the course was Mr. Tran Thuc Tai.
- The training content covered construction site occupational safety for group 3.
