Occupational Safety Card

• The safety card template is described in detail in Form 06, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

Employers may issue a Group 3 safety card to employees who have completed the training successfully and have a labor contract between both parties.

• Tracking books for groups 1,2,5,6 are detailed in Form 09, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.

• Group 4 is only issued a tracking book, without a Group 4 safety certificate.
