This forced the Bac Ninh Industrial Park Management Board to terminate the contract and revoke the project from SICO. The dispute over project mortgage lasted long and created difficulties for further implementation.

However, thanks to the attention and support from the Bac Ninh Industrial Park Management Board, the project was transferred to VSIP Bac Ninh Co., Ltd and continued to be implemented. Through the process of clarifying legal issues, Yen Phong II-B Industrial Park, now known as VSIP Bac Ninh 2, received investment policy approval from the Prime Minister.

• The occupational safety training in Bac Ninh course is a specialized training program on occupational safety for those working in industry, construction, production and high-risk professions. This training course is organized by Nam Viet occupational safety training centers at VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park.
• In this course, learners will be provided with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure safety for themselves and colleagues during work. Training topics include legal regulations on occupational safety, identification and assessment of potential risks, methods of inspection and maintenance of safety equipment, first aid skills and handling emergency situations.

Occupational safety training duration depends on many factors such as type of work, industry… However, the exact training duration of each group is regulated in Article 19 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

• Group 1: 16 hours
• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours
• Group 4: 16 hours
• Group 5: 16 hours
• Group 6: 4 hours

c. Training content

Occupational safety training content includes the necessary knowledge and skills to minimize the risk of accidents, ensuring safety for employees and the assets of businesses. Specifically, occupational safety training may include the following:

1. Knowledge of labor safety laws, state and enterprise regulations on labor safety.

d. Occupational safety training certificate

Occupational safety and hygiene training certificate

• The sample occupational safety and hygiene training certificate is described in detail in Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued to groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
• Accordingly, the certificate has a size of 13 cm x 19 cm, and its cover is sky blue.

Occupational safety card

• The occupational safety card sample is described in detail in Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Workers in group 3 will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly called occupational safety certificate group 3).
• Accordingly, the card has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, and the front and back content is shown as in the image below.

The employer may issue a group 3 safety card to the trained worker after checking that requirements are met and there is a labor contract between the two parties.

Training monitoring book

• The training monitoring book sample for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is described in detail in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The training monitoring book sample for group 3 is described in detail in Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• The training monitoring book sample for group 4 is described in detail in Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• For group 4, only a monitoring book is issued, not a group 4 safety certificate.
