Success came on February 4, 2021, when the Prime Minister approved removing Thanh Ha IP from the national industrial planning and adding a new planning location at Thanh Hong and Thanh Cuong Communes, Thanh Ha District.

Training duration depends on factors such as job type and industry. The exact total duration for each group is regulated under Article 19 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

• Group 1: 16 hours
• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours
• Group 4: 16 hours
• Group 5: 16 hours
• Group 6: 4 hours

c. Training Content

d. Occupational Safety Certification

Occupational Safety and Hygiene Certificate

• The certificate format follows Form 08, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued to Groups 1, 2, 5, and 6.
• The certificate size is 13 cm x 19 cm, with a light blue cover.

• The inside of the certificate has a white background, as shown below.

Occupational Safety Card

• The card format is described in Form 06, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 3 workers receive an Occupational Safety Card (commonly referred to as Group 3 Safety Certificate).
• Card size is 60 mm x 90 mm, showing details on both front and back sides.

Employers can issue Group 3 safety cards to trained employees after passing assessments and having a labor contract in place.

Training Record Book

• Forms for Groups 1, 2, 5, 6 follow Form 09, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Form for Group 3 follows Form 10, Appendix II.
• Form for Group 4 follows Form 11, Appendix II.
• Group 4 only receives a record book, not a certificate.
