• The occupational safety training in Ninh Binh is an intensive training course on labor safety for those working in industries such as construction, manufacturing, and other high-risk sectors. This training course is organized by Nam Viet labor safety training centers at Khanh Phu Industrial Park.
• In this course, trainees will be provided with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure safety for themselves and their colleagues during work. • Group 1: 16 hours
• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours
• Group 4: 16 hours
• Group 5: 16 hours
• Group 6: 4 hours

c. Training content

Occupational safety training content includes knowledge and skills necessary to minimize workplace accident risks, ensuring the safety of workers and the assets of enterprises. Specifically, occupational safety training may cover the following:

1. Knowledge of labor safety law, state and enterprise safety regulations.
2. Knowledge of risks and types of workplace accidents.
3. Skills and methods for using personal and general protective equipment.

5. How to handle dangerous situations and organize rescue in case of accidents.
6. Knowledge of workplace environmental protection.

d. Certificate of occupational safety training

Certificate of occupational safety and hygiene training

• The sample occupational safety and hygiene training certificate is described in detail in Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and issued to groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
• Accordingly, the certificate has a size of 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue front cover.

Labor safety card

• The labor safety card sample is described in detail in Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 3 workers will be issued a labor safety card (commonly known as labor safety certificate group 3).
• Accordingly, the card has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, with content on both the front and back sides as shown below.

The employer may issue group 3 safety cards to employees after they pass the safety training test and have a labor contract between the two parties.

Training record book

• The training record book for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is described in detail in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The training record book for group 3 is described in detail in Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The training record book for group 4 is described in detail in Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• For group 4, only the record book is issued without a group 4 safety certificate.
• The content in the group 4 record book is shown in the image below.
