• The occupational safety training in Quang Ninh is an intensive training course for workers in industries, construction, manufacturing, and other high-risk occupations. This course is organized by Nam Viet occupational safety training centers at Hai Ha Seaport Industrial Park.
• During the course, trainees are equipped with essential knowledge and skills to ensure safety for themselves and colleagues. Topics covered include legal regulations on occupational safety, risk identification and assessment, safety equipment inspection and maintenance, first aid skills, and emergency response procedures.

• The certificate format is described in Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP, issued for groups 1,2,5,6.
• The certificate measures 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky blue front cover.

Occupational Safety Card

• The safety card format is detailed in Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Group 3 workers will be issued an Occupational Safety Card (commonly called Group 3 Safety Certificate).
• The card measures 60 mm x 90 mm, with front and back content as shown below.

Employers may issue Group 3 safety cards to trained workers after successful evaluation and having a labor contract between the parties.

Training Logbook

• The logbook format for groups 1,2,5,6 is described in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The logbook format for group 3 is described in Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The logbook format for group 4 is described in Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 4 is issued only a logbook without a Group 4 Safety Certificate.
