The clean water system is designed with a total capacity of 27,000 m3/day, with phase 1 completed at 13,000 m3/day. The wastewater treatment system is operational with a capacity of 8,000 m3/day and is planned to expand to 24,000 m3/day according to project phases.
Moreover, the communication system, including telecommunication and internet cables, has been deployed and connected to each plot as needed by investors. The industrial park has completed phase 1 construction and leasing, attracting flagship projects such as Jinko Solar Silicon Panel Projects 1 and 2, with a total investment of over USD 800 million. The investor is quickly moving forward with subsequent phases to attract new investors to the industrial park.

Occupational Safety and Hygiene Training Certificate
- The certificate template is specified in Form 08, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP, and issued for groups 1,2,5,6.
- The certificate measures 13 cm x 19 cm with a light blue front cover.

- Group 3 workers will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly called occupational safety certificate for group 3).

The employer may issue a group 3 safety card to the trained employee after passing the assessment and having a labor contract between the two parties.
- Record books for groups 1,2,5,6 are specified in Form 09, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
- Record book for group 3 is specified in Form 10, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
- Record book for group 4 is specified in Form 11, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
- Group 4 only receives the record book without a group 4 safety certificate.
