Tam Duong Industrial Park1, with an initial area of about 750 ha, was approved as an addition to the planning of Vinh Phuc’s industrial parks in 2009. To implement this project, the People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc decided to divide the industrial park into 3 areas: Area 1, 2, and 3, also known as Subdivision A, Subdivision B1, and Subdivision B2. Tam Duong 1 Industrial Park- Area A, with an initial planned area of 180.1357 ha, has become an attractive center for modern and high-tech industries. A special feature of this industrial park is its synchronization, development of small and medium-sized industries, production of advanced technology products, generating high profits while saving materials, energy, and production space.

In 2014, Vitto Co., Ltd – Vinh Phuc was assigned as the investor for building and operating technical infrastructure for Tam Duong 1 Industrial Park – Area A. The official establishment decision of Tam Duong 1 Industrial Park – Area A was issued by the People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc, marking a new beginning for its strong development. After several planning adjustments, the current planned area of Tam Duong 1 – Area A is 135.1669 ha, with a large proportion designated as industrial land.

Approved in 2009, Tam Duong 2 Industrial Park initially covered 750 ha. • Group 1: 16 hours
• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours

• Group 5: 16 hours
• Group 6: 4 hours

d. Occupational safety training certificate

Occupational safety training certificate

• The occupational safety training certificate format is specified in Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP, and issued to groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
• The certificate size is 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue front cover.

• The back side has a white background and is presented as shown below.

Occupational safety card

• The occupational safety card format is specified in detail in Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Workers in Group 3 will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly referred to as Group 3 safety certificate ).
• The card size is 60 mm x 90 mm, with front and back content as shown below.

Employers may issue Group 3 occupational safety cards to trained workers after passing the assessment and signing a labor contract between the two parties.

Training record book

• The training record book for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is specified in detail in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The training record book for group 3 is specified in Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The training record book for group 4 is specified in Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 4 is only issued a training record book, without a Group 4 safety certificate.
• The contents of the Group 4 record book are shown in the image below.
