Vinh Phuc, a developing province of Vietnam, has witnessed the establishment and growth of one of the prominent industrial parks – Thang Long – Vinh Phuc Industrial Park. With a total area of 213 ha and registered investment capital of more than 135 million USD, this project attracted attention and investment from Sumitomo Group.

After the groundbreaking on September 21, 2017, Thang Long – Vinh Phuc Industrial Park quickly completed part of its construction and officially went into operation in 2019. The geographical location of this industrial park is also notable, situated in a convenient transportation hub. It is 9 km from Vinh Yen city center, 22 km from Noi Bai International Airport, and 44 km from Hanoi city center, giving Thang Long – Vinh Phuc Industrial Park a strategic position in the regional transport network.

In terms of infrastructure, the industrial park has made strong investments in the electricity, water supply, and wastewater treatment systems. Electricity for production is supplied from the national grid through an internal 110/22kV transformer station with a capacity of 4*40 MVA. At the same time, a centralized wastewater treatment system with a maximum capacity of 9,000 m3/day-night was completed in phase 1, meeting Grade A standards under Vietnam’s environmental technical regulations.

d. Occupational safety training certificate

Occupational safety training certificate

• The occupational safety training certificate is standardized according to Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued to groups 1, 2, 5, and 6.
• The certificate has a size of 13 cm x 19 cm, and its cover is sky blue.

• The content of the front side of the certificate is shown as above.
• The inside of the certificate has a white background with the content shown as below.

Occupational safety card

• The occupational safety card is detailed according to Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Group 3 workers will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly known as occupational safety certificate for group 3).
• The card has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, and the front and back content is shown as below.

The employer may issue a Group 3 safety card to employees who complete safety training and have a valid labor contract with the employer.

Training record book

• The training record book for groups 1, 2, 5, and 6 is standardized according to Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The training record book for group 3 is standardized according to Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• The training record book for group 4 is standardized according to Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Group 4 employees are only issued a training record book without a Group 4 safety certificate.
