This project is expected to operate for 50 years.

• Group 6: 4 hours

c. Training content

d. Occupational safety training certificate

Occupational safety and hygiene training certificate

• The training certificate form is specified in form 08 of Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued to groups 1, 2, 5, and 6.
• Accordingly, the certificate is sized 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue cover.

Occupational safety card

• The occupational safety card is specified in detail in form 06 of Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 3 workers will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly referred to as a group 3 occupational safety certificate).
• The card measures 60 mm x 90 mm, with the front and back content shown in the image below.

The employer may issue a group 3 safety card to the trained employee after passing the required assessment and having a valid labor contract between the two parties.

Training monitoring logbook

• The monitoring logbook for groups 1, 2, 5, and 6 is specified in detail in form 09 of Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The monitoring logbook for group 3 is specified in detail in form 10 of Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The monitoring logbook for group 4 is specified in detail in form 11 of Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• For group 4, only a monitoring logbook is issued, without a group 4 safety certificate.
