- The certificate measures 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue cover.

- Group 3 workers are issued occupational safety cards (commonly called Group 3 safety certificates).

The employer may issue a Group 3 occupational safety card to the trained individual after passing the assessment and having a labor contract between both parties.
