Ensure the use of the latest and most modern equipment, technology, and methods to minimize risks and optimize work, enabling safe and efficient business operations.
2. Preventive Principle
Ensure prevention and minimize the risk of accidents, diseases, fires, explosions, and environmental pollution during business and production activities.
3. Active Principle
Actively participate and take responsibility in ensuring occupational safety at the enterprise, including attending training, using protective equipment, complying with safety regulations, and promptly reporting hazardous situations.
4. Responsibility Principle
Emphasize employee responsibility in ensuring occupational safety. Employees must be aware of protecting their health and life and fully comply with occupational safety regulations. 
IV. Measures to Ensure Occupational Safety
- Regularly inspect and maintain equipment and labor tools.
- Train and certify employees in occupational safety practices.
- Establish regulations and safe work procedures.
- Ensure proper use of protective equipment and safe labor tools for hazardous tasks.
- Organize monitoring, inspection, and evaluation of compliance with safety regulations.

- Violation of worker health protection regulations: fine of 10–20 million VND.
- Violation of environmental protection during production: fine of 15–20 million VND.
- Violation of occupational safety requirements for workers: fine of 20–30 million VND.
