Work safety training duration depends on many factors such as type of work, occupation… However, the exact total training duration for each group is specified in article 19 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

• Group 1: 16 hours
• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours
• Group 4: 16 hours
• Group 5: 16 hours
• Group 6: 4 hours

c. Content of the training course

Work safety training content includes the necessary knowledge and skills to minimize the risk of work accidents, ensuring safety for employees and the enterprise’s assets. Specifically, work safety training can include the following contents:

1. Knowledge of work safety laws, state and enterprise work safety regulations.
2. Knowledge of risks and types of work accidents in the working environment.

d. Work safety training certificate

Work safety and hygiene training certificate

• The work safety and hygiene training certificate form is described in the specifications in form 08, appendix II of decree 44/2016/ND-CP and they are issued to groups 1,2,5,6.
• Accordingly, the form has a size of 13 cm x 19 cm, its outer surface is sky blue.

Work safety card

• The work safety card form is described in detail in the specifications in form 06, appendix II of decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Group 3 employees will be issued a work safety card (in practice often called a group 3 work safety certificate ).
• Accordingly, the card form has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, the content on the front and back is shown as in the image below.

The employer can issue a group 3 safety card to the work safety trained person after they pass the examination and there is a labor contract between the two parties.

Trainee logbook

• The trainee logbook form for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is described in detail in form 09, appendix II of decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The trainee logbook form for group 3 is described in detail in form 10, appendix II of decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• The trainee logbook form for group 4 is described in detail in form 11, appendix II of decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Particularly for group 4, they are only issued a logbook and not a group 4 safety certificate.
• The content in the group 4 logbook is shown as in the image below.

3. Employment issues in Phu Yen
