With an initial planned area of 150 ha, the industrial park included Tan Viet, Vinh Hong, and Hung Thang communes of Binh Giang district, Hai Duong province.

Notably, in 2018, the Hai Duong Provincial People’s Council issued Resolution No. 02/2018/NQ-HDND, setting the overall industrial development orientation of Hai Duong province until 2025 with a vision to 2030. According to this resolution, Binh Giang Industrial Park was planned with a total area of 800 ha, of which phase 1 covers 450 ha, demonstrating its strong growth potential.

However, on 04/02/2021, the Prime Minister approved Official Letter No. 157/TTg-CN, adjusting the planning location of Binh Giang Industrial Park. The old planned location was removed from the national industrial park development plan, and the new location was added to the national industrial park development plan, including Thai Hoc, Nhan Quyen, Binh Minh, Thai Hoa communes, and Binh Xuyen commune, Binh Giang district. This is an important step to create more space and opportunities for the development of Binh Giang Industrial Park.

Employers may issue Group 3 safety cards to trained workers after verifying requirements and having a labor contract between both parties.

• Group 3 logbook follows Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 4 logbook follows Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
