On 21/08/2006, the Prime Minister approved the planning of industrial parks in Vietnam, including the addition of Chau Son Industrial Park with a planned area of 170 ha. Subsequently, through Decisions No. 489/QD-UBND, 1262/QD-UBND, and 792/QD-UBND on 27/04/2017, 16/10/2008, and 16/07/2015, Nam Dinh province approved detailed planning and adjustments for Chau Son Industrial Park, thereby establishing a solid foundation for development.

The development of the industrial park did not stop there. On 03/04/2017, Chau Son Industrial Park was approved to expand by an additional 42.5 ha and merge with Tay Nam Industrial Cluster of Phu Ly city, increasing the total planned area to 377 ha. This created new strength, enhancing investment attraction and meeting the production needs of enterprises.

The approval of the investment policy for the expansion of Chau Son Industrial Park also contributed significantly to its development. The Prime Minister approved the investment policy for VPID Ha Nam One-Member Limited Liability Company under Decision No. 1419/QD-TTg on 24/10/2018. This project has a total investment of over 274 billion VND and an operational period of up to 50 years. • The Ha Nam occupational safety training course is an intensive training program on occupational safety for those working in the industrial, construction, manufacturing sectors, and other high-risk occupations. This course is organized by Nam Viet’s occupational safety training centers at Chau Son Industrial Park.
• In this course, trainees will be provided with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure safety for themselves and colleagues during work. Topics include legal regulations on occupational safety, identifying and assessing potential risks, methods for inspecting and maintaining safety equipment, first aid skills, and emergency handling procedures.

• Group 1: 16 hours

c. Training content

d. Occupational safety training certificate

Occupational safety and hygiene training certificate

• The certificate template is described in detail in Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued to Groups 1,2,5,6.
• The certificate measures 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue front cover.

Occupational safety card

• The safety card template is described in detail in Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Group 3 workers will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly called Group 3 occupational safety certificate).
• The card measures 60 mm x 90 mm, with front and back content as shown below.

The employer may issue a Group 3 safety card to a trained worker after passing the assessment and having a labor contract between both parties.

Trainee monitoring book

• The monitoring book template for Groups 1,2,5,6 is described in detail in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The monitoring book template for Group 3 is described in Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• The monitoring book template for Group 4 is described in Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• For Group 4, only the monitoring book is issued, without a Group 4 safety certificate.
