Employment issues at Hoa Hiep Industrial Park also depend on alignment with market demand. To ensure sustainable and stable employment, it is necessary to forecast workforce demand in each sector. Local government and businesses need to cooperate to train human resources in a market-oriented way, facilitating employment and enhancing the industrial park’s competitiveness.
A healthy, safe, and reliable working environment is an important factor in attracting workers. Enterprises at the industrial park should focus on social policies and employee benefits, while promoting participation in educational, cultural, and sports activities to create a positive and comfortable working environment.
4. Main causes of occupational accidents in industrial parks
The main causes of occupational accidents in industrial parks include:

- Insufficient training: Some workers are not fully trained in occupational safety and do not know how to use personal protective equipment.
- Lack of safety equipment: Some industrial parks lack safety equipment such as ladders, railings, emergency exits, fire-fighting systems, etc.
- Lack of supervision: Some industrial parks do not have safety supervisors, or supervision is not strict enough, with infrequent inspections of equipment and safety systems.
- Excessive working hours: Some workers work too long or do not get adequate rest, causing fatigue and mistakes during work.
- Non-compliance with safety regulations: Some workers do not follow safety regulations or fail to wear adequate protective equipment, leading to accidents.
5. Measures to Control Labor Accidents in Hoa Hiep Industrial Park
To meet the increasing demands of businesses in the industrial park, it is necessary to create a close connection between training programs and practical needs. The local government, together with vocational schools and technical training centers, should study and forecast workforce requirements for each sector. At the same time, businesses should collaborate with schools to shape appropriate training programs, thereby helping workers acquire the professional skills necessary to participate in modern production processes.
- Businesses in Hoa Hiep Industrial Park should invest in modern technology and production processes to improve productivity and efficiency. This not only creates new jobs for workers but also attracts high-quality talent seeking personal development in an advanced industrial environment.
- A professional and attractive working environment is an important factor to attract and retain workers in the industrial park. At the same time, they should create a united, friendly, and well-equipped working environment for personal and career development.
- High-tech and green industries are the development trend in the industrial park. The local government should facilitate businesses to invest in advanced technologies, protect the environment, create new job opportunities, and promote economic restructuring while improving product quality in the region.
- To minimize labor shortages and increase job stability, Hoa Hiep Industrial Park needs to diversify its labor supply.
