• Occupational safety training in Bac Giang is an intensive training course on labor safety for those working in industry, construction, manufacturing, and high-risk occupations. This training course is organized by Nam Viet occupational safety training centers at Hoa Yen industrial park.
• In this course, trainees will be provided with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure safety for themselves and colleagues during work. The topics include legal regulations on labor safety, identifying and assessing potential risks, methods of inspecting and maintaining safety equipment, first aid skills, and handling emergencies.

Occupational safety training duration depends on many factors such as type of job, industry… However, the exact total training time for each group is regulated in Article 19 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

• Group 1: 16 hours
• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours
• Group 4: 16 hours
• Group 5: 16 hours
• Group 6: 4 hours

c. Content of the training course

Occupational safety training content includes the knowledge and skills needed to minimize the risk of accidents, ensuring safety for workers and enterprise assets. Specifically, occupational safety training may include the following:

1. Knowledge of labor safety law, state and enterprise regulations on labor safety.
2. Knowledge of risks and types of workplace accidents.
3. Skills and methods of using personal protective equipment and common protective equipment.
4. Methods to minimize risks of workplace accidents, ensuring safety during work.
5. How to handle dangerous situations and how to organize rescue when workplace accidents occur.
6. Knowledge of protecting the working environment.

In addition, training content can be adjusted to suit each type of industry and specific working conditions.

d. Occupational safety training certificate

• The certificate template is specified in Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued to groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
• Accordingly, the certificate has a size of 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue outer surface.

Labor safety card

• The labor safety card template is specified in detail in Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Workers in group 3 will be issued a labor safety card (commonly known as labor safety certificate group 3).
• Accordingly, the card has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, and its front and back content are shown in the image below.

The employer may issue group 3 labor safety cards to employees who have passed the safety training requirements and have a labor contract between both parties.

Training monitoring book

• The training monitoring book for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is specified in detail in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The training monitoring book for group 3 is specified in detail in Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• The training monitoring book for group 4 is specified in detail in Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• For group 4 only a monitoring book is issued without a group 4 safety certificate.
