• Group 3 workers will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly called occupational safety certificate group 3).
• Accordingly, the card has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, with the content on the front and back shown as below.

The employer may issue group 3 safety cards to trained workers after passing the required assessment and having a labor contract between both parties.

Training monitoring book

• The training monitoring book for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is described in detail in form 09, appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The training monitoring book for group 3 is described in detail in form 10, appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• The training monitoring book for group 4 is described in detail in form 11, appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• For group 4, only the monitoring book is issued without an occupational safety certificate group 4.
