Occupational safety card

• Workers in Group 3 will receive an occupational safety card (commonly called Group 3 safety certificate ).

Employers can issue a Group 3 occupational safety card to the trained employee after passing the assessment and having a labor contract between the two parties.

• The tracking book for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is detailed in Form 09, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
