On July 25, 2022, Nomura Holdings, INC. transferred 70% of its shares in Nomura Industrial Park – Hai Phong to PC1 Group Joint Stock Company, marking a new step in the project’s development. Nomura Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company – Hai Phong was renamed Japan Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company – Hai Phong, and Nomura Industrial Park – Hai Phong became Japan Industrial Park – Hai Phong, signaling a decisive transformation.
