At the same time, the People’s Committee of Ha Tay province (now the People’s Committee of Hanoi city) approved Decision No. 2508/QD-UBND on December 24, 2007, regarding the establishment of the industrial park in Chuong My district, Hanoi city. With an impressive plan of 170ha, Phu Nghia Industrial Park quickly attracted attention and became an attractive destination for investors.
Phu My Group Joint Stock Company became the investor in building and operating the infrastructure of Phu Nghia Industrial Park from 2007. This was an important stage, when the company invested in building the industrial park infrastructure and attracting investors to participate in projects. With a convenient geographic location on National Highway 6A, between the towns of Chuc Son and Xuan Mai, Phu Nghia Industrial Park quickly became an important transportation hub, only 23km from the center of Hanoi.
In 2007, according to Decision No. 1627/QD-UBND dated September 5 of Ha Tay People’s Committee, Phu Nghia Industrial Park was approved with a detailed plan of 1,701,196.8m2. Occupational Safety and Hygiene Training Certificate
- The certificate template is described in detail in Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued for groups 1, 2, 5, and 6.
- The certificate size is 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue cover.

- The front content of the certificate is shown as in the image above.
- The inside has a white background with content shown below.

- The safety card template is detailed in Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
- Workers in Group 3 will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly called Group 3 safety certificate).
- The card size is 60 mm x 90 mm, with front and back content as shown below.

The employer can issue a Group 3 safety card to the trained worker after successful evaluation and with a labor contract between the two parties.
