Quan Ngang Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 17/2008/QĐ-UBND of the People’s Committee of Quang Tri Province on July 21, 2008. With a total area of 205 ha, divided into two development phases, this project has created the essential infrastructure to attract businesses and investment projects.
The first phase of the project, covering 139 ha, marked a strong start. Along with phase 2, covering 66 ha, it laid the foundation for a modern industrial hub.
Since 2016, Quan Ngang Industrial Park has undergone significant upgrades. The Prime Minister approved the adjustment and expansion of Quan Ngang Industrial Park (phase 3) with an area of 116.74 ha in the Industrial Park Development Plan in Vietnam until 2020. This increased the total planned area of Quan Ngang Industrial Park to 321.73 ha across three phases.

Occupational safety training duration depends on factors such as job type, industry, etc. However, the exact total duration for each group is regulated in Article 19 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
- Group 1: 16 hours

- Group 5: 16 hours

d. Occupational safety training certificate
Occupational safety and hygiene training certificate
- The certificate format is described in Form 08, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP, issued for groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
- The certificate measures 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue cover.

- The occupational safety card format is detailed in Form 06, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
- Workers in group 3 will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly referred to as group 3 occupational safety certificate).
- The card measures 60 mm x 90 mm, with front and back content as shown in the image below.

The employer can issue a group 3 safety card to the trained worker after the training assessment is passed and there is an employment contract between the parties.
- The monitoring book for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is detailed in Form 09, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
- The monitoring book for group 3 is detailed in Form 10, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
- The monitoring book for group 4 is detailed in Form 11, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
- Group 4 only receives the monitoring book without a group 4 safety certificate.
