Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park (TTC) is one of the largest industrial parks in Tay Ninh province, Vietnam. This industrial park was established by Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, a multi-sector corporation primarily operating in the food and agriculture industries.

The history of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park can be traced back to the early period in 2009, when TTC decided to expand its operations by investing in the industrial sector. With experience in food production and agriculture, TTC recognized the development potential of the industry in Tay Ninh and decided to build an industrial park to meet production needs and expand its operations.

After research and surveys, TTC chose the location in Trang Bang commune, Trang Bang district, Tay Ninh province to build the industrial park. This location was considered convenient due to road connections to national highways and seaports, facilitating transportation of goods and materials. Additionally, Trang Bang commune has abundant human resources and available forest land suitable for industrial park development.

Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park was constructed in different phases. In the first phase, TTC invested in building food processing factories and basic infrastructure. Subsequently, with TTC’s growth and expansion, the industrial park was developed further with the participation of many enterprises in various industries.

Currently, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park has become an important industrial center not only in Tay Ninh province but also in the Southeast region.

d. Occupational Safety Training Certificate

Occupational Safety and Hygiene Training Certificate

• The certificate template is described in detail in Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued for groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
• The certificate measures 13 cm x 19 cm, with the front side in sky blue color.

Occupational Safety Card

• The safety card template is detailed in Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 3 workers are issued a safety card (commonly referred to as Group 3 occupational safety certificate).
• The card measures 60 mm x 90 mm, with the front and back displayed as shown below.

The employer may issue a Group 3 safety card to the trained employee after passing the assessment and having a labor contract between both parties.

Trainee Monitoring Book

• The monitoring book template for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is detailed in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The monitoring book template for group 3 is detailed in Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The monitoring book template for group 4 is detailed in Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 4 only receives the monitoring book without a Group 4 safety certificate.
