• Detailed planning of Yen Phong Industrial Park I: On June 21, 2007, the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province approved the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/2000 for Yen Phong Industrial Park I. The initial planning area was 344.81 ha, of which 244.02 ha was industrial land. Later, the industrial land area was adjusted to 246.32 ha according to Decision No. 50/QD-UBND dated January 16, 2013, by the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province.
• Expansion of Yen Phong Industrial Park I: On October 20, 2011, the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province approved the detailed planning for expanding Yen Phong Industrial Park I at a scale of 1/2000. This planning expanded the industrial park to 313.9 ha, of which industrial land accounted for 189.91 ha. This expansion belonged to the administrative boundaries of Yen Trung, Thuy Hoa, Dung Liet, and Tam Da communes, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province.
• Additional expansion and investment: In 2016, the Prime Minister approved the investment policy to expand Yen Phong Industrial Park I by an additional 313.9 ha. This expansion project has a duration of 50 years. On January 17, 2017, the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province issued Decision No. 775/QD-UBND on approving the adjustment of the detailed planning of Yen Phong Industrial Park I.

d. Certificate of occupational safety training

Certificate of occupational safety and hygiene training

• The sample certificate of occupational safety and hygiene training is described in Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued for groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
• Accordingly, the certificate has a size of 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue cover.

Occupational safety card

• The sample occupational safety card is described in detail in Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Group 3 workers will be issued with an occupational safety card (commonly called occupational safety certificate for group 3).
• Accordingly, the card has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, with the content on the front and back shown as below.

The employer can issue group 3 occupational safety cards to employees after they pass the required test and have a labor contract between both parties.

Training monitoring book

• The training monitoring book for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is described in detail in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The training monitoring book for group 3 is described in detail in Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The training monitoring book for group 4 is described in detail in Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• For group 4, only the monitoring book is issued without an occupational safety certificate for group 4.
