Official Letter No. 216/TTg-CN dated 23/02/2021 from the Prime Minister recognized the planned area of approximately 300 ha, located in Yen Son and Bac Lung communes, Luc Nam District, Bac Giang Province.

On 16/07/2021, Yen Son – Bac Lung Industrial Park officially received approval for detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/2000. Decision No. 712/QD-UBND of Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee determined the planning area to be 309.16 ha, of which 300 ha is industrial land, and the remainder is allocated for the construction of the road from TL293 provincial road into the Industrial Park.

Yen Son – Bac Lung Industrial Park is designed as a multi-industry area, mainly focusing on production industries, electronics manufacturing, refrigeration, mechanical engineering, high-tech machinery, and environmentally friendly consumer goods. Notably, this Industrial Park excludes projects in textiles and leather, creating favorable conditions for sustainable and diverse industrial development.

The prime geographical location of Yen Son – Bac Lung Industrial Park also contributes significantly to its development. Directly connected to TL293 and near National Highway 37, this Industrial Park enjoys convenient transportation and trade. • The occupational safety training course in Bac Giang is an intensive training program for individuals working in industrial, construction, manufacturing, and other high-risk sectors. This training is organized by Nam Viet’s occupational safety centers at Yen Son – Bac Lung Industrial Park.
• During this course, participants are provided with the knowledge and skills needed to ensure their own safety and that of colleagues. Topics include labor safety laws, risk identification and assessment, methods for inspecting and maintaining safety equipment, first aid skills, and emergency response.

Occupational safety training duration depends on factors such as job type and industry. However, exact training times for each group are regulated in Article 19 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

• Group 1: 16 hours
• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours

• Group 5: 16 hours
• Group 6: 4 hours

d. Occupational safety training certificate

• The certificate form is described in Template 08, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and issued to Groups 1,2,5,6.

Occupational Safety Card

• The card form is described in Template 06, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Group 3 employees are issued an Occupational Safety Card (commonly called Group 3 Occupational Safety Certificate).
• The card measures 60 mm x 90 mm, with front and back content displayed below.

The employer may issue a Group 3 Occupational Safety Card to the trained employee after passing the assessment and having a labor contract.

• The record book for Groups 1,2,5,6 is described in Template 09, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
