• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours

• Group 5: 16 hours

Certificate of occupational safety and hygiene training

• The sample certificate of occupational safety and hygiene training is described in detail in mẫu 08 phụ lục II nghị định 44/2016/NĐ-CP and is issued to groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
• Accordingly, the certificate sample has a size of 13 cm x 19 cm, its outer side is sky blue.

Occupational safety card

• The occupational safety card sample is described in detail in mẫu 06 phụ lục II nghị định 44/2016/NĐ-CP
• Group 3 workers will be issued an occupational safety card (in practice, it is often called a Group 3 occupational safety certificate ).
• Accordingly, the card sample has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, the content on the front and back is shown as in the image below.

The employer can issue a Group 3 safety card to the trained worker after the inspection meets the requirements and there is a labor contract between the two parties.

Logbook for trained individuals

• The logbook sample for trained individuals in groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is described in detail in mẫu 09 phụ lục II nghị định 44/2016/NĐ-CP.
