- Thach Viet Co., Ltd. (Tam Phuoc Industrial Zone, Street No. 9, Thien Binh Quarter, Tam Phuoc Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam)
- The unit responsible for conducting the training course was Nam Viet Safety Training and Environmental Monitoring Co., Ltd.

- The training content covered mechanical safety and electrical safety for group 3.
