Later, on July 11, 2006, Binh Xuyen Industrial Park was approved for establishment by the Prime Minister according to document No. 1072/TTg-CN. With a planned area of up to 277 hectares, Binh Xuyen Industrial Park was designated as a modern industrial, urban, and service hub of Vinh Phuc province with synchronized technical infrastructure.

Occupational safety training duration depends on many factors such as job type, industry… However, the exact training duration for each group is specified in Article 19 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

• Group 1: 16 hours
• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours
• Group 4: 16 hours
• Group 5: 16 hours
• Group 6: 4 hours

1. Knowledge of labor safety laws and regulations of the state and enterprises.

5. How to handle dangerous situations and organize rescue in case of workplace accidents.

d. Occupational safety training certificate

Occupational safety and hygiene training certificate

• The occupational safety and hygiene training certificate form is specified in Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued for groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
• Accordingly, the certificate has a size of 13 cm x 19 cm, with a light blue cover.

Occupational safety card

• The occupational safety card form is specified in detail in Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Group 3 workers will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly referred to as a group 3 safety certificate ).
• Accordingly, the card has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, and the content on the front and back sides is shown in the image below.

The employer may issue group 3 safety cards to trained workers after passing the test and having a labor contract between the two parties.

Training monitoring logbook

• The monitoring logbook for groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is specified in detail in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The monitoring logbook for group 3 is specified in detail in Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The monitoring logbook for group 4 is specified in detail in Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• For group 4, only a monitoring logbook is issued without a group 4 safety certificate.
